We Shape Artistic Presence at Garodia
At GICLM's, dance begins with the aesthetic atmosphere. Soft light, spacious floors, slow breathing… the studio invites children to settle into their bodies. Our educators guide them through gentle routines that help them develop a sense of posture, alignment, and emotional grounding.
This early phase feels almost meditative. Children learn to move without hesitation, to trust the weight of their steps and to recognise what different rhythms awaken in them.
What Our Students Explore Each Week
As confidence builds, the learning becomes rich and layered. Students work with:
- Classical sequences that strengthen discipline
- Contemporary flows that develop fluidity and expression
- World dance motifs that expand cultural awareness
- Partner and group choreography that nurtures listening and synchrony
- Floor work that enhances agility and core strength
This variety keeps the studio dynamic and deeply engaging.
How Stage Moments Transform Inner Confidence
When performance season arrives, students experience a shift. Rehearsals become increasingly focused, breathing exercises become essential, and every repetition adds clarity to their movement. The stage teaches presence, humility and courage.
After each show, we see children stand a little taller. Dance at Garodia International School becomes a personal journey, shaping grace, discipline and a quiet artistic confidence.
Music
Music Programme
As the first music school of its kind in India for studies in western classical, semi-classical, jazz and contemporary music, the institute offers certified courses in piano, keyboard, percussion, string instruments and vocals.
The school also mentors students in musicianship, theory and performance, while giving them a live stage to showcase their talent at the end of the programme.
A highly trained and talented faculty inculcates an understanding of the various forms, techniques and history of music. More importantly, students are prepared for prestigious music exams by the Trinity College, London and the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), London.

Speech & Drama
We Help Voices Find Their Shape
Speech & Drama at GICLM's starts with simple, meaningful rituals: vocal warm-ups, gentle stretches and short reflective conversations. This calm beginning helps children settle emotionally before they speak. They learn how tone, breath and pacing can express thoughtfulness.
This early phase feels intimate and reassuring, building a foundation for honest, confident communication.
What Children Create and Discover
As sessions progress, their world opens wider. They explore:
- Improvisations that spark quick thinking and imagination
- Character studies that deepen empathy
- Scene-building exercises that blend voice, gesture and space
- Short monologues that teach focus and emotional clarity
- Ensemble work that strengthens collaboration and timing
These layers make Speech & Drama vibrant and purposeful.
How Drama Performances Evolve Character in Young Learners?
Once rehearsals begin, students learn discipline in a new way. They practise pacing, projection, emotional transitions and subtle expressions. Standing before an audience teaches courage, responsibility and connection.
After each showcase, we sit with them, celebrate their progress and reflect on their experience. Speech & Drama at Garodia becomes a space where children grow into thoughtful, expressive individuals who understand the power of their voice.
