Welcome to Early Years
A Beautiful Beginning
At GICLM, our Early Years is more than the beginning of school; it is the beginning of every child’s lifelong learning journey. We are proud to guide your child through these formative first steps—helping them discover who they are, what they can do, and just how joyful learning can be.
We understand how crucial the early years are in developing children’s confidence, communication and creativity. The Early Years represent one of the most important chapters in a child’s educational journey. At GICLM, our state-of-the-art facilities have been created specifically with young learners in mind. Bright, spacious classrooms, dedicated discovery zones and sensory areas, support hands-on exploration and play-based learning. Every corner of the centre has been crafted to ignite curiosity, encourage independence, and allow children to learn through movement, interaction, and imagination.
Central to our approach is the Garodia FinlandWay® programme, a globally recognised early childhood education model known for its research-based, child-centred philosophy. This programme emphasises purposeful play, social-emotional development, creative expression, and the building of essential early skills.
Our caring, experienced, and highly qualified educators bring warmth, expertise, and deep commitment to every child’s learning journey. They understand the unique developmental needs of young children and partner closely with families to ensure personalised attention, supportive routines, and meaningful progress for each learner.

Garodia FinlandWay®
GICLM has partnered with FinlandWay® Schools to bring the world’s best early education to India for the very first time. The programme is built on the Finnish Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) model, known globally for its research-driven, child-centred practices.
The FinlandWay® approach at GICLM provides holistic learning experiences through:
- Play-based pedagogy
In the FinlandWay® approach, play is not just an activity—it is the main way children learn. Through play, children explore their world, build relationships, use imagination, solve problems, and make meaning from their experiences. Teachers support this by creating playful, engaging, and purposeful learning environments every day.
- Phenomenon-based pedagogy
Phenomenon-Based Learning allows children to explore real-world topics—like water, community, or weather—through hands-on inquiry and investigation. Instead of learning subjects separately, they connect ideas across language, math, science, and art while exploring one meaningful phenomenon. This approach builds deeper understanding, curiosity, and the ability to make sense of the world through real experiences.
- Participatory pedagogy
Participation-based learning means children are active contributors to their learning—making choices, sharing ideas, and taking part in decisions. When children feel safe, respected, and involved, they develop confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. This approach strengthens children’s social skills, responsibility, and ability to work meaningfully with others.
